About Us

To our men and women in uniform, past, present, and future, God bless you and thank you.

Cody Earle – Co-Founder / President

Cody is an Army veteran and is a co-founder of VetsGiving. He wanted to start this non-profit because veterans are humble individuals and do not usually reach out for help when they need it. So, he wanted to make sure they are taken care of when they least expect it. During his military career he was an EOD tech where he would disarm bombs. He served in the miliary for over 9 years. He has four children that keep him busy from coaching their team sports to running Spartans together. In his free time, he does CrossFit, mountain biking, taking care of livestock, and anything that involves outdoors.

Lynsey Earle – Co-Founder / Treasurer

Lynsey is a mom to four children which keeps her busy daily. From running to practices to games she has her hands full, but one thing she does have is a heart of gold and the willingness to serve others. Lynsey is a wife to an Army veteran who followed her husband around from one state to another to holding down the fort during deployments. She has put her needs aside to step up and help military spouses and families. She was the FRG leader at one of the duty stations and she oversaw their wellbeing while their soldier was deployed and even state side. From the military life to the civilian world, not much has changed since she has always put veterans and their families first. She is a co-founder of VetsGiving, and her sole mission is to help veterans and their family members. When she isn’t running around with kids or helping veterans, you can find her outdoors or baking goodies for the family.

Shanna Borelli – Vice President

Shanna is a brand-new mom who lives in Oklahoma City, OK with her husband and 4, yes 4 big dogs. She loves fitness, home remodel projects, and anything that involves adventures. She wanted to be a part of VetsGiving because she sincerely believes that sometimes we all need a little help or extra support, and no one is more deserving than a Veteran and their family.

Natasha Lockhart – Secretary

Natasha serves as the secretary on the VetsGiving board of directors. She has worked with us on our initiatives for the past two years. Natasha’s dad is an Army Ranger Veteran giving her a heart for giving back to her community and its soldiers.

Natasha lives in Amarillo with her partner and their collective four children. When she isn’t busy with her work in financial technology or VetsGiving, you can find her playing in a variety of recreational sport leagues or reading a good book.

Chris Crowson – Board member

Chris is married with three children and dog who currently lives in Dallas. He has lived in Texas most of his life but got the privilege to live in Australia for a little bit. Chris is a Navy veteran who joined right out of high school for served 4 years. He deployed three times and was on an aircraft for those deployments. During those deployments, he worked on the flight deck helping to launch the aircrafts. One deployment was super successful since they were able to launch and drop over 200 bombings which helped get one of the well-known terrorists off the grid. A little fun fact, the aircraft carrier he was on was where the filmed the first Top Gun. Chris wanted to join the VetsGiving team since he believes that we all need to give back to the ones in need and what better way than to help veterans. When Chris isn’t helping with VetsGiving or other non-profits, you can catch him outside from fishing to golfing.

Joey Borelli – Board member

Joey was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and currently still resides in the OKC area with his wife and brand-new baby. Currently I am a Mortgage Lender for BancFirst Mortgage and am active in the local CrossFit community. He also loves to be outdoor with his 4 dogs and when he isn’t spending time with his family, you can catch him doing a renovation project. I joined VetsGiving to be able to support those that have served our country and are now in need of being served.
